Part Nine

“Recognizing the Enemy.”

It was not long after the last of the original Apostles went to be with our Lord in the Third Heaven that disturbing and significant changes to Church Doctrine began. Each offshoot trying to introduce, one after the other, some new heresy. Some changes came in fast. The Good News is that God promised to protect His Children and His Bride of Christ - His ecclesia.

Even through the Dark Ages the remnant was protected. Coming out of the Dark Ages we were gifted with the appearance of St Luther. Now we have the truth about salvation being preserved on a large scale. Since that time various churches have formed - uprising out of the First Protestant reformation. All of the Protestant churches that exist today have their connection to St Luther. Unfortunately, Satan took advantage of the fallen Human nature and has created a plethora of denominations.

Sadly, America is full of this kind of non-sense. Denomination after denomination breaking forth creating more and more confusion and turning away from the Faith Once Delivered (Jude 4). The true Catholic Church still exists. The true universal Church of God will exist through the end of this Aeon. It cannot be destroyed. Several groups have left the First Church yet true saints are still here. Today the fallen churches have reached the blossoming of the Laodicea era.

Most all Christians are refusing to heed the counsel to the Churches. The Laodiceans fail to see and recognize the true history of the Christian Faith. Hence, they have accepted false stories, false claims, and false history of the True Church. They have blossomed into full false doctrine. Why? Because “they received not the love of the truth” (2^nd Thessalonians 2:3-4). God says that “they will believe the lie.” God sends the power of error to work in them so that they believe what is false.

We confirm that the Truth of God was delivered to the Church by means of written documents which we refer to as the Scriptures. We are not to make a fiction of our own with these Holy Books. The Truth does not change, it is static. This one true faith that has spread throughout the world was received by the Apostles. The Apostles reserved the Truth through their writings. The Cannon of Scripture is complete. All of the Truth is preserved in the Ancient Antiochene Church of God – Christ’s Bride. This does not mean that there is nothing to learn. We continue to see the Greater Light of God’s word as we approach the harpotzo.

Our relationship with the true God is personal and powerful – ever growing.

False churches collect fallen Human wisdom that pretends to come from God. This behavior manifests in all the repugnant sects. Some have the practice of “reading the stars” and worshiping the creation rather than the Creator. Their so called “magic tricks” have shoved them into deep darkness from which only a true miracle can save them. The so called “ordinations” of these groups are capricious. They practice methods of deceit. Let us keep them in our prayers.

We are recognizing the enemy.

This is most certainly true.
