Modern Day Scoffers

Modern Day God Scoffers.....................June 4th 2022

The New Testament warned us that during the Christian Dispensation "scoffers" would appear more and more....scoffing at God and His word. These same people have turned after their own lusts, calling themselves "progressive". Turning away from moral standards, they "feel" that they are "enlightened" and that those "poor Christians are so strange".

"Knowing this first, that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts (all the current ranting and raving about teaching perverted sex ideas to kindergartners)...saying 'Where is the promise of His coming?" (2nd Peter 3:1-4)

Apostle Peter foresaw a time when critics and skeptics would mock the Word of Divine Intelligence. America is falling apart because God has been left out of our families, schools and even the liberal churches. Certain behaviours which were once known to be wrong - lying, fornication, divorce, cheating, sexual perversion - are now all considered "normal" by the worldly psychologists.

We are now reaping what this nation has sowed. Extreme violent crimes, uncontrolled borders, larger scale wars, pandemics, rising crime, economic disasters, babies not even able to get the proper food, etc. God has warned all the Israelite nations (which includes America & Great Britain) that they would be slaves to immigrants and ultimately taken into bondage and pagan captivity because they have turned away from their Creator. (Deuteronomy 28:15-68; 31:29 & Leviticus 26:14-33)

True Christians must remain in God's word. "For wisdom is better than rubies, and all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her." (Proverbs 8:11)
