Part Eleven

“God the Female.”

Whenever the fallen church claims that our God does not have the Divine Female, you may respond with El Shaddai and Sophia. We as Christians "drink the milk of the Word" from God's shad. This is the blessed nurturer.

Our God is Divine Trinity – eternal family. God is in fact a family. The family is the image of God complete. God wants us to become a part of His family. Through Jesus Christ, God has invited His own children into His Holy House. On Earth that house is His ecclesia. This is part of the supreme plan of our God. This is an astounding truth that the fallen church has concealed. No wonder why there is so much gender confusion in the world today. People have no true Father or Mother figure.

Humans were created in the complete Image of God – Father, Mother, Child. This is a Divine Truth that Satan the Devil wishes all not to know. The Wicked One has been in the business of destroying families since day one. God’s name, El Shaddai means in Hebrew, “the breasted one”. It is the Third Person of Deity, Sophia – the Holy Spirit.

In the Scripture when God talks about being “fruitful” His name is El Shaddai. In Proverbs She is the Tree of Life. She is also Hohkmah – Wisdom of God. “The Spirit of God is what made me; the breath of Shadai gives me life.” (Job 33:4) God also in Scripture refers to His blessed “womb”. In some of the old Scofield Bibles we read regarding God’s name, El Shaddai: “The qualifying word Shaddai is formed from the Hebrew word “shad” the breast, invariably used in Scripture for a woman’s breast.”

So, God Himself identifies with the female body. The Ancient Antiochene Church has always taught this mystery. The seventh bishop of Antioch was St Theophilus and he himself referred to the Holy Spirit by the name Sophia [God’s Greek Female Name]. He was also the first Christian Bishop to use the title “trinity” when addressing the fullness of God. At the baptism of Christ, we have the Father’s voice speaking from Heaven, and the Dove [Divine Mother] descending on the Child, Jesus the Christ. We have the family.

Adam and Eve together become one, and complete the Image of God – Family. Also, it was God’s original plan for every child to be raised properly by his or her mother. Having a mother is extremely important for the Christian child. Ultimately all of us were “saved through childbearing” when Mother Mary gave birth to Jesus Christ.

When the child of the true God begins to learn and listen from the words of Heavenly Father a realization begins to sink in. This is the great trial and struggle. One realizes that he or she has been part of this Fallen World. The reality sinks in, this is not God’s world but it is Satan’s. To accept God’s truth, one must come out of the world – forsake the sinful ways. This means leaving old friends and associates who reject the New Way – God’s way.

Time to give up the fallen pleasures of this world and take joy in the ways of the Kingdom of God. May our Almighty God continue to bless all of you who study here at the Ancient Antiochene Church of God.

We are understanding God the Female – Sophia.
