Original Christianity

of people today claim to be Christian. What is a Christian? First, being a
Christian means that you have accepted the person of Jesus Christ as being a
real person. How a person identifies who Jesus was (is) will determine if he or
she is a real Christian or not. Original Christianity arrived at the doctrine
of the divinity of Jesus Christ. This means that original Christianity came to
believe that Jesus was the incarnation of God in the flesh.
Today there is a great Christian ignorance in regards to its
own history. Most American Christians do not even know the history of their own
faith. Christianity has become a subject of great diversity. Original
Christianity was not so diverse.
The AACG would love to help educate Christians in regards to
the original early Christian church. What did the Christian church actually
teach the first 400 years of its existence? This is an important question for
American Christians. Why are there so many denominations, each with its own
version of the Christian message?
If the true Christian church is to be different from the
“fallen world” then why do modern churches look like and act like everyone else
who is not a Christian? Massive public ignorance has damaged the reputation of
the true church. It is truly time for a rational and analytical study of your
Christian faith. We invite you to study with us here at the Ancient Antiochene
Church of God.
Who were the Essenes? Who were the Ebionites? Who were the
Nazoreans? Who were the Gnostics? How did these groups contribute to the
understanding of early Christianity? How did our Christian Bibles come
together? How did Greek philosophy shape early Christianity? What is the Great
Schism? These are all very important questions for the true Christian. There
have been long established opinions concerning Christianity that now need to be
openly corrected.
Denominationalism has a deep divide within itself that has
long been ignored. God’s true church is not denominated. It is time to return
to the pure interpretation of Scripture using lost hermeneutic laws that have
now been found and reapplied. We have returned to the golden Antiochene
Theology as our base. The first predominately gentile church was the first “Christian”
Church (Acts 11:26). We were first identified as “Christians” in ancient
Antioch. The first Christian church also contained the true teachings of the
“mysteries of God” (1st Corinthians 4:1). The true Christian is a mystic.
The essence of true mysticism is returning to God’s people.
The discovery of the true faith is changing many honest seekers. Christians are
having the true transcendental experience by the understanding of ancient
Antiochene Christianity. Their faith is not just “head knowledge” anymore.
Instead, it has become a truly mystic experience of life. When the Christian
truly begins to hear Christ “knocking at the door” he has experienced in
himself a connection to Divine Intelligence.
If one is ready to open the door and enter with a
tabula-rasa - the honesty of the seeker will determine the enlightenment – then
the begetal becomes realized. Experienced-oriented Christianity, in a real
relationship with the cosmos and God begins - producing the true illumination
which is longed for in the child of God.
