Proper
Christian Attunement
Those
that study with us here at “The Shepherds Way & Nugget of Truth” have found
true inspiration that helps each individual Christian in growing closer to our
Lord – Jesus Christ. Through Christian prayer we have a meaningful response to
the problems of this planet. We truly believe in the power of prayer. As
Christians we approach the problems of our planet with God’s direction and do
our best not to get caught up with the fallen human approach to most issues.
Humans naturally believe that only humans can solve all
things, without God. This is why the world is in its present fallen condition.
Being around the right people is healthy and helpful. This is why we, as
Christians, do not forsake the gathering of ourselves together. True Christians
have an unbroken connection to God through the person of Jesus Christ. Through
personal absolution and Scripture guidance we can think clearly and make better
daily decisions.
Many people today make decisions based on false assumptions.
The fallen human mind is programmed wrongly. We live in the Fallen Matrix –
infected with sin. God’s word reveals the truth of our being and points us to
Jesus Christ for true enlightenment and salvation. Many today are being taught
that all the power that they need to change is found in their own mind - “mind
power”. This is a strong illusion which Satan has promoted since the fall (the
curse of sin).
For true change and transformation, a person must be
correctly united to the true source of everything and that source is God. If
you are not a Christian and have questions, we would ask that you start by
reading the New Testament Bible and get involved with a true Christian. You can
start by using your Bible here with us and studying all of our articles and talks.
A radio can tune into a station through an antenna. In the
same way, a person must receive the Holy Spirit to become properly attuned to
the Word of God. Head knowledge, psychology, and philosophy can all be “good
things” but they cannot tune you into God. Christians are developing the “mind
of Christ”. This means that they are receiving proper enlightenment and
spiritual growth which guides them into eternity properly. Where will you spend
eternity?
