Extraterrestrials, & the Ancient Antiochene Church of God
What
does the Ancient Antiochene Church of God believe in regards to UFO’s and
extraterrestrials? This has become a common question. Presbyter King has
revealed many amazing revelations regarding this issue in the last 8 years.
Using the AACG library and early church records much has become published
regarding this issue. This subject is now a very important subject for the
Christian church because of its growing popularity and evidence. Time to
respond. In this short article we will reveal what Ancient Antiochene
Christians believe in regarding this subject.
Many people today who call themselves “spiritual” have
delved into the UFO and extraterrestrial subject with metaphysical “science”, “New
Age” ideas, psychology, and cultic information. Many books have been published
with science fiction like ideas, blending modern science with future
space-travel ideas. The television documentary series, “Ancient Aliens” has
contributed much to the subject. Separating “fact” from “fiction” gets tricky.
Many governments have now come forward with UFO (UAP) videos
depicting unknown flying “crafts” and other objects. Many of these seem to be
artificially controlled and display movements that go beyond human
understandings of physical science. Governments are now admitting that they
have programs developed to study this subject in detail. What used to be a
subject of ridicule and “make-believe” has now become a serious subject for
honest discussion.
Even the US Congress has held hearings on the subject, some
of which have been publicly displayed. What many call “UFO Disclosure” seems to
be happening. It is said that, in the year 2025, 70% of humanity now believes
in extraterrestrial life and that we are being visited by UFO’s. What does this
mean for Christianity? Many Christians do not like to talk about this issue at
all. The fact is, there are eye-witness testimonies from millions regarding
UFO/UAP phenomenon - from people all around the globe. Christians have also
witnessed these unidentified crafts.
UFOs are no longer a figment of the imagination. The UFO and
extraterrestrial phenomenon are real. Many Christians call all of this
phenomenon “demonic” and evil; they say it is all a “spiritual deception”.
Others try and hold to the idea that the extraterrestrials are in fact
biological beings. We even hear that they may be robots or genetically created
cyborg beings. So, what does the Bible say about such subjects?
This depends on a lot of things. The word “angel” in the
Christian Bible can refer to a human messenger but often it refers to a
celestial being, a being not created here on planet earth. This would make the
celestial angels “extra-terrestrial”, or not terrestrial, not of this earth. In
this sense we (The Ancient Antiochene Church of God) accept the fact of
extraterrestrials. As Christians we worship the Creator of ALL THINGS – the Almighty
God. For us Christians God is beyond all of physical creation because He
created all things, all belongs to Him. Christians should not feel threatened
about the existence of extraterrestrials.
Just as there are “good” humans and “bad” humans, we believe
that there are good-angels and bad-angels [extraterrestrials]. All of these
beings, we believe, are being used in the Revelation of God’s Divine Plan.
Christians believe in what is called the Divine Plan of God. We serve Divine
Intelligence and God is the Supreme Being of order. Our God is involved in
relationship and order. This can be seen in all created things. The proper
understanding of this subject of UFOs and extraterrestrials brings a profound
and deeper meaning into our Christian faith and understandings.
Early
Humans have always believed in the presence of extraterrestrials they just
didn’t call them by that name. When they saw flying crafts (chariots) that they
could not explain they attributed them to their “gods”. Also, what we now call
extraterrestrials they called “angels” – or “messengers of the gods”. Any being
extra-terrestrial simply means “extra”, not of this Earth, not “terrestrial”.
As Ancient Antiochene Christians we believe that there are
in fact extraterrestrials. Again, we believe that the Bible explains the fact
that some of these beings are on God’s side – good angels, and some are not on
God’s side – bad angels. All of them are working within the confinement of a
great plan, God’s plan of the ages.
These beings differ in kind. Some are what we would call
“spiritual” beings. Others are made out of a more material substance and can
travel at interdimensional levels. Many
of these beings have been here for a long time. It must be understood that God
is in ultimate control over all of His creation and that what may appear to be
a chaotic mess to us, is all working fine in the machinery of God’s plan.
As latter-day Christians we are aware of all the things
going on which have become of great concern for many. We have answers to these
questions from God’s word. Christians who have begun to study with us here have
expressed great thanks, stating that their church refuses to talk about such
issues as we do here.
Some of these UFOs are referred to in the Bible as
“chariots”. The Hebrew word for chariot can just mean a moving craft, such as a
simple wagon. Sometimes they are depicted as horses, horses back then were
equivalent to what cars are for us today – a vehicle. The next question that
comes up is; “Do these angels live in biological bodies on other planets?” Our
answer to this question goes into much detail. We would urge all who are
reading this to listen to Presbyter King’s talks titled: “The Creative Ages” to
get a foundation. To properly understand this issue, one must understand the
history of our planet which goes all the way back to the Luciferian rebellion.
We actually believe that some planets in our own solar
system, millions of years ago, were in fact space stations for some of these
angelic-beings. In the “book of Daniel” some of these extraterrestrial beings
are called the “Watchers”. Many of God’s holy angels have been involved in
protecting humanity and this planet according to God’s plan since the very
beginning. These beings are still here, they surround us. Some of these created
beings are invisible to us, others can be seen.
Many of the extraterrestrial messengers can appear to us as
human, as we see in many Biblical accounts. This topic must always be
understood as a phenomenon that is working within the Divine Plan of God,
nothing will happen to change that Divine Plan. The Bible talks about “Three
Earth Ages”, “Seven Dispensations”, “Seven Church Epochs”, and ultimately a New
Heaven and a New Earth. All that is happening in our space-time continuum is
happening for a reason and fulfilling this Divine Plan and Purpose.
God has an elect portion of the Human race that will inherit
a New Creation. The Christian Message (the Gospel) has been given to planet
earth to awaken God’s elect children – to give them understanding in regards to
“sin”, it’s cause, and how to be set free. The true Gospel Message restores
fallen-humans into a proper relationship with God [Divine Intelligence]. Each
planet that God has created has its own part in the ultimate plan. As humans,
we have been given our portion of this divine revelation through the prophets,
the Word of God, and ultimately through the person of Jesus Christ our LORD.
The true Gospel message is not given to boost the social identity of vulnerable
people – instead, it is in fact the Truth -REALITY.
True Christians are hope filled humans with the
understanding that we have a better home awaiting us. We understand that we
came here to learn and grow and ultimately, we will become a “new creation”. We
are not here on earth to seek popularity, materialism, or acceptance from
fallen humanity. We are to find God, gain forgiveness, develop a relationship
with Him, and grow as God’s children into eternity.
