About the
Ancient Antiochene Church of God (AACG)
The
people of God (Christians) make up what is the Ancient Antiochene Church of
God. We are not a building, a non-profit organization, a club, a denomination
or even a non-denomination. We are simply the true remnant of God’s true
church. The first Christian Church appeared in ancient Antioch. It was in
ancient Antioch that we were first called “Christian”. (Acts 11:26)
The true church contains the primordial theology, “the faith
once delivered.” (Jude 3) The Ancient Antiochene Church of God contains the
authentic and universal teachings of God’s word. These teachings have been
handed down throughout the dispensations of time by God’s people, both men and
women. Jesus Christ has protected His true church as He promised. (Matthew
16:18)
Today there are true children of God (true Christians) in
many denominations and so called “non-denominations”. They are recognized by
the true unity of the faith. (1st Corinthians 1:10) The so called
“mysteries of life” are discovered in the true teachings of Christianity.
The true church is not only “the body of Christ” on Earth,
but it is also the true “spiritual movement” that has continued through time
and space. The true church is comprised of a community of believers in the “one
faith” that also study the natural laws of God that they may be used for the
good and the spreading of the Gospel Message. The Gospel Message is the message
of Jesus Christ.
Our mission is to share the Good News about Jesus Christ and
what He has accomplished as “God the Son” for His elect children. It is
important that all of God’s children develop a personal relationship with Him
through His word and the person of the Holy Spirit. Our main ministry, “TheShepherds Way & Nugget of Truth” provides progressive studies in
God’s word that true students might gain an inner connectedness with Divine
Intelligence (God the Father) through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Understanding the gift of human consciousness and God’s
natural laws is extremely important. Gaining a proper perception of reality by
understanding sin and the answer to its cure is to be achieved in every
Christian life. We also learn to let the Holy Spirit help shape our experience
of life.
Each day we meditate on God’s word and study it every week.
We also meditate daily and achieve inner along with our outer development.
Understanding our universe through the visions of God’s word and allowing true
life transformations to occur with other Christians and our fellowship with
them is extremely important. We do not stay home; we get involved in sharing
and helping how and where we can. Maintaining fellowship with other Christians
is extremely important.
If you are already in a church-body that you believe that
God is working in we advise you to stay there and help how you can. AACG
Christians help and share in numerous denominations. We try and attend local
Bible studies where we live and share what the Bible truly teaches with others.
We never try and force what God has revealed on others and we learn when to
speak and when to remain silent.
Many have started home churches and payer groups using AACG
material. This has proven to be most powerful for strong Christian development.
There is power in the true unity of our faith.
Our Bible study, meditation, and prayer helps to refine our
characters after the image of Christ. We learn that our thoughts, intentions,
and emotions influence us and those around us. Our studies also involve outward
practices to be practical and experiential. Our Christianity is not just “head
knowledge” but becomes living and applicable to everyday life situations.
Most of our articles are signed “AACG” because we wish to
focus on God, not on individual humans. We recommend taking out at least 50
minutes each week to study our lectures and articles. You may divide the time
as you wish, what works best for you. If you cannot do this, at least read an
AACG article once a week and listen to a lecture once a month. Remain in the
Word of God everyday and do not forsake the gathering with other Christians,
fellow brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus our Lord.
If possible, we also recommend a daily walk. People choose
different times and places for these walks. If possible, natural parks and
locations with nice trees are preferable. Meditate on what you have learned and
pray on these walks. We call these “silent walks”.

fill out to become a true Christian – Praise God!
