The John Class are the last-day Christians who have accepted all seven counsels to the seven churches and recognize the Seventh Angel (the celestial angel) as the angel “coming up from the east” (Revelation 7:2) which has this final message, the “seal” of God. This special message “seals” the true saints in their “foreheads” (minds) and is ultimately handed down to the 144,000 before the final Great Tribulation.

Understand the Ages, Dispensations & Epochs

The Three Earth Ages:

The early Christian church developed a systematic theology which allows us to understand the Bible in sections. We find in 2nd Peter ch.3 the fact of the first three divisions. Apostle Peter speaks of three different “ages” [Greek: aions]. Many English versions calls these “worlds” instead of ages. The first age that Peter mentions is from Adam and Eve until Noah’s flood. He calls this, “the age that then was”. He states that this first age ended with the “great flood” during the time of Noah.

The second age that Peter mentions is “the age which is now”, our present “world”. Apostle Paul calls this the “present evil age” (Galatians 1:4). This age will last from the time of the ancient flood all the way up until the second coming of Jesus Christ. Then, finally, Peter speaks about the “world [age] which is to come” (2nd Peter 3:13). This will be the New Earth during the Millennial Reign of Jesus Christ. This final third Earth age will last 1000 years (Revelation 20:1-3).

So, these are the “three Earth ages” (or “worlds”). This is the first basic understanding of the “three phase” plan of God in regards to planet Earth. The second way to understand different sections of God’s plan is to understand the seven dispensations. These are listed as follows:

The Seven Dispensations:

(First three dispensations comprise the first Earth Age.)

1st Dispensation: The Edenic dispensation. This starts at the creation of Adam and Eve (the representatives of Humanity) and ends with their “fall”, their fall into sin.

2nd Dispensation: The Adamic dispensation. Starts with the fall of Adam and Eve and ends with Noah’s flood. At the end of this dispensation a group of evil angels were judged and are being held in a place called “tartarus”.

3rd Dispensation: The Noahic dispensation. Starts after the great flood and extends up until the tower of Babel. Early Human governments came into power during this time.

(Dispensations 4-6 comprise the current - second Earth Age.)

4th Dispensation: The Abrahamic dispensation. Starts with the destruction of the tower of Babel and the call of Abraham. Ends with Israel’s captivity in Egypt.

5th Dispensation: The Mosaic dispensation. Starts with Moses and his mission to free Israel from Egypt. Ends with him freeing Israel from Egypt and bringing them into the covenant of the promised land.

6th Dispensation: The Ecclesiastical dispensation. Starts with the birth of the Messiah (Jesus Christ). Continues to the building of the Christian Church. We are currently still in this Christian dispensation. We are in the time of the “gospel” and the “Kingdom in mystery”. At the end of this dispensation, we will enter the “Kingdom in manifestation”, the Millennial Age.

(The seventh dispensation is the third Earth Age in total.)

7th Dispensation: This will be the final dispensation and will start after the great tribulation and second coming of Jesus Christ with His church. It will last 1000 years. The church will rule with Christ on a restored planet Earth. This seventh dispensation will also be the 3rd and final Earth “age” or aion.

The Seven Epochs:

Since we are currently experiencing the 6th dispensation, the Chirstian/Church dispensation, it must be understood that this dispensation can be divided into seven parts called “epochs”. These comprise what we refer to as the “seven church epochs”.

In the book of Revelation, ch.2-3 we find that Jesus Christ gave counsel to seven churches. These were historical churches existing during the time of apostle John and also represent the state of the Christian church going through seven consecutive periods in ecclesiastical history.

Each counsel covers the condition of the Christian church throughout time. The seven timelines for these churches, as understood moving through time is as follows:

1st Ephesus (70-170 AD) – Apostolic church. Time that the New Testament was completed.

2nd Smyrna (170-312 AD) – Persecuted church also plagued with Gnosticism.

3rd Pergamos (312-606 AD) – State church started through apostacy. Also, time the Trinity doctrine was attacked.

4th Thyatira (606-1520 AD) – Papal church. Rome hijacked the bulk of Christianity. Attempt at early reformation begins.

5th Sardis (1520-1750 AD) – Reformed church. Church frees itself from Papal control.

6th Philadelphia (1750-1900 AD) – Missionary church. Time that Protestants come forth with the true gospel.

7th Laodicea (1900-? AD) – Apostate church. Church fallen asleep. Corrupted with false doctrine and denominationalism. This is the current state of the Christian church that we are all experiencing.

Since the beginning of this “seventh” church epoch there has been world wars, tragedies at global levels, terrorist attacks, sickness, disease, increase of crime and secularism, loss of faith. This has caused the church to break apart into thousands of denominations and to fall asleep. The current church is in the Laodicean condition.

This ministry (The Shepherds Way & Nugget of Truth) is a ministry of the Ancient Antiochene Church of God and we are sharing the final (Seventh Angel’s) message to the Christian church as given through the counsel to Laodicea. We have called it, “The Seventh Epochal Revelation”. We invite all Christians to watch all of Presbyter King’s lectures and messages regarding proper Biblical understanding to learn more regarding these extremely important issues.

As this second Earth age ends, we are confronted with UFO’s, talk of extraterrestrials, extreme advancements in computer and AI technology, climate changes, moral chaos, etc. Most Christians are at a loss when it comes to proper understandings of just where we stand in prophetic history.

Christians from numerous denominations and “non-denominations” have come to the truth by studying here and are sharing this message with fellow Christians. To be a member of the Ancient Antiochene Church of God all one has to be is baptized into the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit and have a personal relationship with our Lord through his word (we accept Christians that have been baptized properly no matter their denomination). If you are already baptized by the water and the Word we welcome you. There are no fines, fees, or forms to be a true Christian.

Please “book mark” our site and study with us here every day. Thank you for taking time out to visit us.

The book of Ezra talks about the time God’s people got to return to Jerusalem after their Babylonian captivity. This book helps explain how the Jewish religion kept God’s people together. No longer were they to have the magnificent kings and rulers. Their religious practices kept them strong. This shows that the remnant of the nation of Israel became more like a church than a nation.

Today, the Seventh Angel’s message is calling God’s Christian remnant out of denominationalism (out of the Laodicean condition) and into the “faith once delivered”, the true Ancient Antiochene Church of God. We ask all who study God’s word with us to not take anything lightly that you study here. This is “meat in due season”.

This ministry contains extremely important information for the entire Christian world. We are the Ancient Antiochene Church of God. We were first called "Christian" in ancient Antioch (Acts 11:26). We proclaim the counsel to the seven churches found in Revelation ch.2 & 3. Specifically we proclaim the final counsel for the Christian church which was given to the Seventh Angel. We are proclaiming the Seventh Epochal Revelation which is to be proclaimed right before the second coming of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.

Salvation Thought Meditations ~ AACG Theology

Martin Luther regarding salvation

  thought meditations ~ AACG Theology

“If you try to deal with sin in your conscience, let it remain there, and continue to look at it in your heart, your sins will become too strong for you. They will seem to live forever. But when you think of your sins as being on Christ and boldly believe that he conquered them through his resurrection, then they are dead and gone. Sin can’t remain on Christ. His resurrection swallowed up sin.”

Martin Luther

“Beware of the philosophy that leads people to say, “What can I do? What’s the use of praying? What good is it to worry? If it’s predestined, it must happen.” Yes, it’s true that what is predestined will happen. However, we aren’t commanded to know what is predestined. In fact, we are forbidden to know it. We test God when we delve into unknowable matters. God has given Scripture to us so that we can know what we should and shouldn’t do. He expects us to act on this knowledge. What we cannot know, we should leave to God. We should stick to our responsibilities, vocation, and position in life. God and God alone knows what is predestined. You aren’t supposed to know.”

Martin Luther

“When you become aware of your sin and frightened by it, you must not allow the sin to remain in your conscience. This would only lead to despair. Rather, just as your awareness of sin flowed to you from Christ, so you must pour your sin back on him to free your conscience. So be careful you don’t become like the misguided people who allow their sin to bite at them and eat at their hearts. They strive to rid themselves of this sin by running around doing good works. But you have a way to get rid of your sins. You throw your sins on Christ when you firmly believe that Christ’s wounds and suffering carried and paid for your sins. As Isaiah said, “The LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all” (Isaiah 53:6). Peter said Christ himself “bore our sins in his body on the tree” (1 Peter 2:24). And Paul said, “God made him who had no sin to be sin for us” (2 Corinthians 5:21).”

Martin Luther

“If you want to be saved and be a Christian, then stay open to correction. Preachers have to rebuke, or they should leave their position. The Christian who won’t accept correction is only pretending to be a Christian.”

Martin Luther

“You must learn to call on the Lord. Don’t sit all alone or lie on the couch, shaking your head and letting your thoughts torture you. Don’t worry about how to get out of your situation or brood about your terrible life, how miserable you feel, and what a bad person you are. Instead, say, “Get a grip on yourself, you lazy bum! Fall on your knees, and raise your hands and eyes toward heaven. Read a psalm. Say the Lord’s Prayer, and tearfully tell God what you need.”

Martin Luther

Stewards of the Ancient Mysteries ~ AACG Theology

Ancient Antiochene Christians –

Stewards of the Ancient Mysteries

“To find a true Christian you should not have to look for a building with a denominational name on it. A true Ancient Antiochene Christian does not send somebody to a specific building or organization to find Jesus. The Antiochene Christian shares Jesus all the time. If you have found us it is by the grace of God. We are freed from denominationalism and sectarianism. We, the children of God, are the true Church – the Body of Christ on Earth.” ~ Presbyter King

The Ancient Antiochene Church of God is a remnant of the First Church and has the original mysteries of the Christian Faith. The Bible documents that we were first called “Christians” in ancient Antioch (Acts 11:26). Before that we anciently were called Nazoreans. Our original doctrine was founded on the “teachings of the Way”. The spiritual path of “the Way” was started by descendants of the original patriarchs of old and comprised the remnant of God’s people when Jesus was born. John the Baptist preached and taught “the Way”.

The title Nazorean (Nazoraean) included different Hebrew mystics of the Torah. Essenes were sometimes also called by this name. It was said that the Nazoreans held to what was “hidden”. The ancient word Nazara meant “perfect Truth”. This Truth was a spiritual Truth. Many from the Nazoreans followed what was called “the Way”. Jesus Christ was finally revealed as the “man of the Way”, the anticipated Messiah.

Many Galilean fishermen were Nazoreans. The fish as a symbol for the followers of Jesus Christ was used early on. The Greek word “fish” is ichthys and became a Christian anagram pointing to; “Jesus Christ Son of God”. An inverted “V” was also used with a circular dot almost in the middle which pointed to the “life-force surging up”. This was a sort of fish-head pointing up, the dot being the eye. It represented resurrection and new life. It was placed over some of the ancient Christian ossuaries in ancient Jerusalem. It was used way before the cross became a symbol of Christianity.  In ancient Aramaic the word Ras meant “head” or “point” and the word Nasrani was a term which meant “lots of fish”. This phrase, Ras Nasrani was used when many followers of Christ were passing through. So, the symbol of the fish has connections with the title Nazorean.

Another connection is, the Hebrew title “Nazorean” comes from the Hebrew root word, Netser – pronounced; nay-tser. It means “shoot” or “branch”. The early Messianic sect was also called this because of the “Branch” prophecies regarding the coming Messiah found in the prophets. The Messiah is referred to as “the Branch”.

Above: Ancient Essenes practicing spiritual cleansing (baptisms).

Members of five additional Essenian groups [a religious sect during the time of Christ] became part of the original group of Nazoreans. After God called the apostle Paul, some years later, we became known as “Christians”. Apostle Paul accepted this official title during the middle point of his ministry. Originally, if somebody wanted to become a Christian, he was to hear the message of the Gospel and then get baptized with water.  If they got baptized first as an infant, then they would study the Neophyte doctrines as they grew up with their Christian parents. If a young adult wanted baptism, this means that he or she was moving out of Neophyte Christianity and into baptized [fully initiated] Christianity.

The Neophyte received basic instruction of the first and important Christian doctrines. These would include basics about; “The Doctrine of Original Sin [Mans true sinful condition]” and “The Doctrine of Salvation [Christ died for our sins]”. Finally, the importance of getting properly baptized and the true meaning of the sacrament. It is the hope that the Neophyte would want baptism. The newly baptized Christian was called a “milk drinker”.

When a baptized child turned 8 years old, he or she could enter Catechism class [all baptized adults may enter]. Completing this course, the Christian becomes an official Catechumen. The Catechumen learns even more about the “new birth” [spiritual birth] and is taught the Small Catechism. They learn the Apostles Creed, the Ten Commandments, the importance of proper Baptism and the proper Eucharist, and they graduate to receive their first communion [Eucharist – Lord’s Supper]. The Catechumen was called a “meat eater”.

Finally, as you grow older and stay involved with the church, you may take the last initiation. You may officially become one of “the Faithful”. The Faithful learns important prophetic information and teachings. They learn about the deeper aspects of our Christian faith including the Septenary Mysteries. In the original practices of the Ancient Antiochene Church of God, the sacraments [baptism & communion] were held to be very special and sacred - they were seen as extremely sacred. The Faithful help to protect the true and sacred teachings from false teachers. We still understand this sacredness today.

Finally, the John Class…

Today, mature Christians who have gone through these three initiations may become part of “the John Class”. The “John Class” is made up of those Christians who feel called to share the “Seventh Epochal Revelation of Jesus Christ” with the rest of the Christian world – to Christendom. We know that God’s “true elect” will hear the “John Class” and be saved from the sad Laodicean condition of the church today.

You may become a True Antiochene Christian Right Now!

Today, the Ancient Antiochene Church of God practices all these things the same way. We accept those Christians who have been baptized correctly by “the water & the Word”, if they were baptized in a basic Protestant believing church. It is the “water” mixed with the institution of the Holy Word that makes the true baptism, not the minister or church denomination.

If one comes from another church to claim faith as a true Ancient Antiochene Christian, we welcome he or she. We ask that they read the “Book of Concord” with their Bible off and on. This helps them to understand some of the most important history of their true Christian faith along with proper doctrine. Study using this AACG BLOG every week. The true Christian should also learn the Apostles Creed. By reading about the Patristic Period of the church - along with learning the Catechism [found in the “Book of Concord”], this is accepted in place of having to take an official Catechism Class. A Christian can find all that they need to know on our AACG BLOG to become a true Antiochene Christian. It is difficult for Christians today to find a church that is teaching the catechism correctly. If one has already attended (from past experience) a catechism class then this is great! He or she can help and teach others.

If you cannot attend a Protestant Catechism class that is okay. You may teach yourself by reading it along with the rest of the writings found in “The Book of Concord”. (We have a link to it here on our BLOG)

To become a true Christian there are no fines, fees, or forms that one must fill out. The true Church of God is not denominated. It is not a denomination or non-denomination. There are no membership fees. True Christianity is completely free.

So, in this short paper we have outlined for you how the early and original Christian church did things and still does. The early church understood the importance of proper doctrine. People were admitted to the Christian Mysteries by way of another Christian. The motive of the person wanting true salvation is important. We have outlined for you what the three basic initiations are. Here they are with a basic explanation;

1- Neophyte (This first initiation has to do with a person’s “ears”, faith comes through “hearing” – some form of understanding the Gospel. A Christian studying before baptism or Catechism is a Neophyte – some wait for years to get water baptized but they should not wait.)

2-Catechumen (A Christian who has studied the Catechism after baptism – the person also demonstrates some participation in the church. Learns about the true history of the Christian faith.)

3-Faithful (An adult Christian moving into spiritual maturity. A Faithful understands the true Christian faith well and protects the true faith from false doctrine. Many of the Faithful are also part of “the John Class”.)

Sadly, many Christians today simply have been baptized but have never gone beyond the understanding of being reconciled and justified through Jesus Christ. They never “grow up” in their faith. They remain spiritual “milk drinkers”. We have modern “pastors” in the fallen churches telling people: “It’s okay if you don’t want to be baptized, your still Christian.” The nominal churches have brought the “world” into the church and have turned it into a business.

Others have studied many different spiritual paths and have much knowledge regarding spirituality and religion but they have never gotten serious about their own sinful nature. Some who started out trying to be Christian have become dissatisfied because of all the fake American Christianity today.

We understand that many modern Christians today have not a clue about how the original church worked and many people get offended by the word “initiation”. The facts are the facts. The true Church of God is a school for God’s children. God’s true people are a family. The true Christian grows into his or her theogenesis.

For those young and old adult baptized Christians who have studied here off and on for a year, we consider you “a Faithful” - a disciplined Christian. We have posted many important Christian talks and lectures on our BLOG. We urge all Christians to learn from our online ministries. We also ask Christians to find a healthy church and to share the Gospel when and where they can.

We do not believe in “casting or pearls before swine” so we are prayful regarding who we share the true Gospel with. We must allow the Holy Spirit to lead us. Our Truth is very sacred. Apostle Paul stated:

“Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God.” (1st Corinthians 4:1)

And Jesus Christ tells us; “To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside [“those outside” means not true Christians], all things come in parables.” (Mark 4:11)

St. Gregory of Nazianzen stated: “you have heard as much of the Mystery as we are allowed to speak openly in the ears of all; the rest will be communicated to you in private; and that you must retain within yourself…Our mysteries are not to be made known to strangers.

We guard many things that God has given us with a “faithful silence”. In ending this important article, we must stress that true salvation comes to all those who love the Lord and become baptized into the family of God. A Christian must only know Jesus the Christ and love Him with all their heart, mind, body, and soul to be saved. All the Christian knowledge that we have to share is for Christians to study and grow into maturity. Having this knowledge does not save you, accepting Jesus Christ as your true Savior saves you.

We are saved by grace through faith alone in the person of Jesus Christ.

If you have been a Christian for a long time but haven’t been active, we urge you to awake from the Laodicean condition [spiritual laziness] and begin to truly study with us here. Simply spend ten minutes a day, five days a week [total of 50 minutes a week] reading and learning from our lecture studies - using your Bible. You will begin to notice a remarkable difference in just one week. People have gotten closer to our Lord through this kind of discipline. If you do this in conjunction with practicing the “Silent Walks” along with time spent meditating on the Word of God in your Home Sanctum you will find a magnificent spiritual rest in Jesus Christ our Lord.

We hope to keep helping our fellow Christians no matter where they might be. We realize that true and ancient Christianity is very different from “American Christianity”. Please pray about what you learn and study for yourself. We accept all true Christians as our brothers and sisters in Christ. Please continue to study with us here at “The Shepherds Way & Nugget of Truth”.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

Note: You can learn all that you need to know to become a true Antiochene Christian on this BLOG. We encourage you to continue your studies with us here. Print out our articles to share and also share our online video lectures. Christians have reported developing a closer relationship with our Lord after having studied with us for only a short time. May our Lord continue to bless you and keep you.

Doctrine is Important ~ AACG Theology

The Importance of Christian Doctrine in a Modern World

To God’s elect, strangers in the world…..

Christian doctrine is extremely important. There are some Christians today who say that “doctrine” is not that important when it comes to subjects of “prophecy”. Really? Then why does God warn us of “false prophets”? If studying “times and seasons” was not important to God’s people why did Jesus condemn the religious leaders of His time for not recognizing the prophetic-time that they were living in?

We have other Christians who have briefly visited our ministry and left because we talk about “dispensations” of time and that God dispenses specific portions of time which involve covenants, special events, and revelations. Apostle Paul commands Titus; “You must teach what is accord with sound doctrine.” (Titus 2:1) This means that we are to understand what we believe in before we teach it.

We read in the epistle of James: “Not many of you should presume to be teachers, my brothers, because you know that we who teach will be judged more strictly.” (James 3:1) Not all are “called” to teach. Sadly, Antiochene Christians have witnessed that there are many in the denominations and so called “non”-denominations that have no right teaching. They have no good understanding of the simplest doctrines of Christianity. Another thing that is missing today, in today’s Christian colleges and schools, is the true teaching about the history of Christianity, mainly the Patristic Period of the church.

Also, most all Christians today know nothing about St. Martin Luther and the “Book of Concord”. This involves foundational history of Christianity and also points to the original fights for “sound doctrine”. There are no contentions regarding false doctrine today by most churches, thus, there are really no longer any authentic “protestants”, those early true Christians who exposed false doctrine.

People today have “all that they need” when it comes to food, materiality, toys, trends, electronic gadgets, etc. etc. God has been “left in the dust”. Thus, no real concern for proper religious doctrines and teachings just “do what you want, no moral standard needed”. Now that we are entering the "robot age" we will begin to see robots replace true Humans in relationships – behold, we have truly entered “The Land of Make-Believe”.

What does God have in store?

Our Almighty God plans things, organizes things, leads and guides things. The Antiochene Christians understand the “Divine Plan of God” as given to us through the teachings of the Scriptures and as understood and handed down to us by the Apostles and Patriarchs/Matriarchs. God has always done things at “the appointed times”. “In the fulness of time God sent His only begotten Son.” (Galatians 4:4)

The first sermon that Jesus gave in the synagogue was regarding proper time: “The time is fulfilled…” (Mark 1:15) To say that there are no dispensations of time given by God throughout the Bible is to call God a liar. There are covenants dispensed at special periods of time all throughout the Christian Bible. The true Christian is educated regarding, ages, dispensations, epochs, covenants, and prophetic appointed times. Ancient Antiochene Christians have been guarding, protecting, and ultimately properly teaching and handing down this sacred information since the time of Jesus Christ on Earth.

Just because the majority of Christendom doesn’t care about these important issues doesn’t mean that you should join in on their band-wagon. The Christian church today is in the Laodicean condition. This means that most Christians have spiritually fallen asleep. Like the “ten virgins”, five fell asleep and missed the “open door”. They got left behind.

We are saved by our “faith” [our religious understanding and relationship] and not by “our works”. This means that just because a non-Christian does lots of nice and neat things, this doesn’t make him or her eligible to be a legitimate child of God. One must truly know God and have become truly “born from above” to be a true child of God. This happens through hearing the Word of God and then by investing faith in God and in His word. The person of the Holy Spirit comes to live inside the spirit of the honest believer.

To truly understand our Christian faith is to study our faith using God’s word amongst God’s people. This means we learn about His revealed “Plan of the Ages” and we begin to understand God’s relationship with early humanity. We learn of the Seven Dispensations of time and how God has been working through and in all these dispensations to manifest His ultimate plan. You are involved whether you believe it or not.

The person who has a deep relationship with God is one who remains in prayer, meditation, fellowship [private and group worship], and in studying daily the word of God. To truly “KNOW YOUR FAITH” means you learn about the seven dispensations, the three Earth ages, the seven epochs of the church, etc. We grow stronger in our faith through proper knowledge of God. A true Christian hungers for the pure doctrines of Jesus Christ.

The person who does not get excited about God's word is an unconsecrated believer. As a Christian you may share all you want with such a person and not get one response of interest. This means we still love the person and pray for him or her. We pray because we care and love others, even those who do not yet believe. If you love somebody you want to spend time with them. Do you love God?

Sadly, those who have lost interest in Christianity and have “fallen away” will only understand their true condition at death. True “born from above” Christians must understand that they are Priests & Priestesses and that they have joined the Royal Priesthood when they accepted Jesus Christ. Thus, it is their responsibility to truly know what they believe in and why they believe it. They must always be ready to give an answer to those who might enquire of the true Faith Once Delivered.

We thank you for taking time out to visit us here at “The Shepherds Way & Nugget of Truth”. Please keep us bookmarked and study your Bible with us here every day. God bless ye.

May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
